Hello, and thank you for your interest in sprouting.

Sprouts of all kinds are highly nutritious and provide a great source of vitamins C, and E, beta-carotene, pre-biotic fiber, and phytochemicals.

According to sprout experts, broccoli sprouts in particular produce higher concentrations of sulforaphane. This and other important phytochemicals help us detox and guard against heart disease, diabetes, and many medical issues.

Damage such as chewing, chopping, or freezing the plant produces the magical phytochemical sulforaphane.

You can nerd out on the FREE pdf included in your kit.

They taste great on salads, avocado toast is one of my favorites.

They can be frozen and added to a daily smoothie, any flavor smoothie. I freeze small serving sizes, about 2 tbsp each, and pop them in the freezer.

Organic speckled pea sprouts are pictured on top of avocado with a veggie pepper vinegarette.
